About the Journal

European Bison Conservation Newsletter (Żubr i jego ochrona Biuletyn) is a scientific journal published by the European Bison Friends Society. The first issue of the Bulletin was published in 2008.
 
The journal publishes three types of articles on the genus Bison: scientific articles (peer-reviewed), short communucations (peer-reviewed) and  popular science articles (non-peer-reviewed).
 

Published content is organized by the following categories:

The publication of the journal took place in connection with the organization of the 20th international scientific conference "100 YEARS OF WISENT RESTITUTION".
